SPECIFICATIONS

Machining: For click-type laying; tongue-grooved upon request
Species of wood: oak, beech, ash, acacia, maple
Structure:
- Three-ply glued structure, solid hardwood as the wearing layer
- Top layer - hardwood, approx. 3,4 – 4,0 mm
- Middle layer - pine laths, approx. 8,0 mm
- Bottom layer - pine or poplar veneer, approx. 2 mm
Surface finish versions:
- Lacquered: seven coats of “Nano protector” lacquer, silky gloss, UV resistant acrylic lacquer, improved scratch resistance
- Treated with natural oils: High Solid Industrial type of oil
- Stained, lacquered: five or seven coats of “Nano protector” lacquer, UV resistant acrylic lacquer with colored priming lacquer, improved scratch resistance
- Gluing: Solvent-free, environment-friendly polyurethane glue. The set glue is heat-resistant, highly flexible, and has best water resistance. The glued bond has superior resistance against solvents
Other types of surface treatment: natural oiling or staining / - Structured (brushed) surface finishes
Moisture content: 7 % ± 2 %

Grading / wood characteristics
Oak, Grade A: no nodes, no sapwood allowed
Oak, Grade B: small nodes and sapwood allowed
Oak, Grade C: nodes under 15 mm and sapwood allowed
Steamed Beech, Grade A: brownish veins, nodes not allowed
Steamed Beech, Grade B: brownish veins and larger color variations are allowed
Ash, Grade A: only a few nodes allowed
Ash, Grade B: rarely occurring light color variations, brownish veins, brown strips are allowed
Steamed Acacia, Rustic Grade: nodes and sapwood allowed
Maple, Grade A: nodes, brownish veins are not allowed
